CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING ONLINE: ( Deposit is credited towards appointment) A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment at the time of booking. BOOKING IN-PERSON: ( No Deposit Required) To prebook your next appointment you must have a card on file. In the case of you making an appointment in-person and not showing, your card will be charged 50% of your appointment. LATE POLICY: (7 minute grace period) Please inform us in advance if you are running late to make necessary adjustments to your appointment. If you arrive after the grace period, we may not be able to service you out of respect for other clients after you. CANCELLATION POLICY: (24 hr. grace period) Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior the scheduled time. If changes are made last minute, you are able to reschedule within a 2 week period with your deposit transferring. In case of a second cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. NO CALL/NO SHOW: In the case of failure to show to appointment, deposit will be forfeited. INSUFFICENT FUNDS & DISPUTES If your card is charged and there are insufficient funds you will no longer be able to be serviced by Miracles Angelic Skin.
